As a community of people from all walks of life and all ages, our town has a special community feel that's as genuine and vibrant as its people.   

For casual encounters, all of our neighborhoods are connected to schools, pools, parks and each other by sidewalks, nature buffers and bike paths. Walking the dog or taking a run means you'll greet your neighbors as you share the glorious Carolina blue skies. There's over 10 miles of paths.

Harborside is Lake Carolina's center and offers a traditional small-town mix of sidewalk society, quaint homes and shops. Lay out a blanket and a picnic for a sunset concert in the Amish-built gazebo. Make plans to meet friends for dinner in the Town Center. Or linger over coffee and daydreams outdoors.
