This website provides only general information concerning Lake Carolina. By necessity in this stage of the development, our plans are dynamic and may, and probably will, be modified and altered from time to time in response to the requirements of government agencies, financial institutions, market conditions, changing financial conditions and business requirements, the changing needs of residents and others and growing awareness of ecological and sociological concerns and demands. This will be particularly true in our planned, mixed-use town center, Harborside. Its plan is in the very early stages of design and contains a significant variety of uses, both residential and commercial. While we will endeavor to develop Harborside in a manner consistent with the conceptual plan, the market, as impacted by the various conditions referenced above and possibly others, will necessarily dictate the recreational, business and housing types that will ultimately locate, operate and prosper there. Accordingly, nothing contained herein shall be deemed to be a binding commitment or obligation of the developer, which will only be set forth in duly executed agreements between each purchaser of property in Lake Carolina and the developer.
