Lake Carolina Welcomes Lexann to Village Green Merchants

Lexann celebrates its official grand opening with an open house from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2013, and is already providing limited services. As of March 21, Lexann is offering cleaning and housekeeping services at three different levels: deep cleaning, recurring cleaning and housekeeping/mini-cleaning services. Because homes and household needs vary, prices are set to meet individual requirements.

Concierge and personal assistant services will begin on May 1,2013. These services are also available at different levels. For example, a client may contract to use the concierge 15 times per month, 30 times per month, or on an a la carte basis. Services range from choosing a gift to handling an errand at the DMV to undertaking the weekly grocery shopping.
