Lake Carolina Properties Expands to Keep up with Rising Sales

Four real estate professionals join the brokerage in recent months.

Columbia, SC – Lake Carolina Properties the full service residential real estate brokerage that represents new homes, homesites and resale homes at Lake Carolina increased its sales team by 33 percent over the past four months. The increase is needed to serve increased interest, rising sales and builder inventory within the award-winning community. Realtors April Hiscock, Bev Kay, Avril Brown and Mike Ashley are now officially affiliated with the company.

“We are off to a good start for 2012,” says David Tuttle, President of Lake Carolina Development Company. “Our sales are up 21% year-to-date over 2011 levels, we’ve added three new builders to our builder portfolio and are continuing to deliver new homesites for neighborhood expansion. We are very optimistic entering the second half of the year.”
