New Marketing Director for Lake Carolina, Inspired Communities, Hallmark Homes

COLUMBIA, S.C. (March 29, 2011) - Lake Carolina is pleased to announce that Ashley Cook has assumed the position of Director of Marketing for Lake Carolina, Hallmark Homes International and Inspired Communities. Prior to Lake Carolina and Inspired Communities, Mrs. Cook was Vice President of Marketing at Shea Homes and Centex Homes and has over 5 years experience in real estate marketing. She is a graduate of Boston College and Northwestern University.

"I am excited to be a part of Columbia's benchmark communities. To have responsibility for such iconic brands is truly an honor. We have an exceptional team that works daily to provide our residents with the best possible living experience," said Mrs. Cook. 

The company is excited about bringing Mrs. Cook on board. Her expertise in real estate marketing will only further support the growth and success of Lake Carolina, Hallmark Homes and Inspired Communities.
