BRIAN BOYER NAMED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
Mar 16, 2009

COLUMBIA, S.C. (March 16, 2009) – Lake Carolina is pleased to announce the new Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate, Brian Boyer. He comes to Lake Carolina with over five years of experience in commercial real estate, beginning with the development and construction of a 10,000 square foot office building in the Town of Ayrsley, a sister project of Lake Carolina, located in Charlotte. Ayrsley is a 180 acre, 5 million square foot master-planned urban development in southwest Mecklenburg County. After serving as an officer in the United States Army for five years, Mr. Boyer began his career in real estate with Inspired CommunitiesSM where he currently serves as Vice President of Real Estate. Mr. Boyer graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.

Mr. Boyer is active in the community where he currently serves on the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and on the City of Columbia Affordable Housing Task Force.

Mr. Boyer is looking forward to the projects that lay ahead. “I am honored to be leading commercial development for a community with such a strong brand as Lake Carolina,” said Mr. Boyer. “I am confident that the strengths currently displayed in Lake Carolina’s residential sales, the record setting YMCA membership on-site, and the award winning Lake Carolina schools will soon give way to an equally strong commercial environment.”

“We are extremely excited to have someone with Brian’s talents to help make our Town Center a true destination,” said Lake Carolina President David Tuttle. “Brian’s dedication to the Town Center and commercial aspects of Lake Carolina will soon translate into better day to day experiences for all Lake Carolinians.”
