2013 TOUR OF HOMES Award Winners

Two homes in Lake Carolina are proud winners of the 2013 Tour of Homes. The Lincoln, by Mungo Homes received an Honorable Mention and The Homestead, by Sovereign Homes received the Best Overall award for homes priced between $301,000 - $400,000.

The Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia presents the 2013 TOUR OF HOMES – Columbia’s Largest Open House of New Homes for Sale. The annual scattered-site showing will offer five Featured Communities and 53 new homes located throughout the Greater Columbia area.

Thousands are expected to attend, and with good reason. This free event showcases a wide variety of home styles throughout the Columbia area from 16 of the Midland’s top builders. The TOUR OF HOMES is open Saturdays and Sundays, April 13, 14, 20, 21, 27 & 28. Saturdays from Noon to 6:00 p.m and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Teams of judges recently roamed the Greater Columbia area to judge homes on the TOUR. Their results are listed below. Congratulations to all the winning participants.
