Lake Carolina Welcomes McGuinn Homes to Award-Winning Community

Local dignitaries and real estate professionals celebrate McGuinn Homes joining the development's builder team.

Columbia, SC (May 9, 2012) – Lake Carolina, a residential master plan community located northeast of Columbia, officially welcomed McGuinn Homes with an opening celebration at their new model home. The home is a never before built model, The Regency within a new enclave of The Ponds at Lake Carolina.

McGuinn Homes will be the featured builder within The Ponds at Lake Carolina. The Ponds at Lake Carolina is the community’s third new neighborhood opening this year.
