CAROL DOUIS NAMED PRESIDENT OF LAKE CAROLINA PROPERTIES

COLUMBIA, S.C. (July 27, 2009) - Lake Carolina is pleased to announce that Carol Douis has been named the new President and Broker in Charge of Lake Carolina Properties, LLC. Ms. Douis brings over 20 years  of successful sales leadership and homebuilding experience to Lake Carolina. Douis, who is recognized as one of the region's leading sales management professionals, brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position, plus the respect of the industry.

Douis has played a key role in the success of major organizations throughout the Southeast. Most notably, she was responsible for the growth and development of Centex Homes in the early 90's through 2000 as their Director of Sales and Marketing and went on to become the Vice President of Sales for John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods from 2000-2008.
